What are your vaccination requirements for boarding or daycare?
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines. Records should be provided by your vet prior to arrival.
Do you require a behavior evaluation for new dogs?
Yes, all new dogs must complete a free evaluation day to ensure compatibility with our playgroups and staff.
What are your drop-off and pickup hours?
Daycare: Mon-Fri 7-10am drop-off, 4-7pm pickup. Sat 8-10am drop-off, 4-6pm pickup. Boarding: Flexible during office hours.
Can I bring my dog's food and bedding?
Yes, please label them clearly. We provide grain-free food at $2/night and bedding if needed.
Are there cancellation policies for reservations?
No fees for non-holiday cancellations. Holidays require 7-day notice to avoid 50% deposit charges.
