What grooming packages do you offer?
We offer three main packages: Clean & Fresh (basic hygiene), Trim & Tidy (partial grooming), and The Works (full service). Additional options include de-shedding, flea baths, and teeth brushing.
How long does grooming take?
Most appointments require 2-3 hours. We schedule by appointment and will call when your pet is ready. Please pick up pets promptly as we cannot provide day-long boarding.
What vaccination records are required?
We require proof of current rabies vaccination for all pets. Please bring documentation to your first appointment to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, we groom cats with specialized handling. We schedule cat appointments first thing in the morning to minimize stress and maintain separation from dogs.
Can I request specific shampoos?
We offer oatmeal, hypo-allergenic, and medicated shampoos. You may also bring prescription products from your veterinarian for use during your pet's visit.
