Our Beginnings
Premier Pet TLC was born out of a profound passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the highest level of pet care. Our journey began in 2015 when our founder, Samantha Nielsen, left her digital marketing career to pursue her true calling - animal advocacy and pet care. Samantha's journey took her to Austin Pets Alive!, where she worked as a full-time off-site cat adoption counselor and was rapidly promoted to a full-time position. This experience laid the foundation for her transition into private pet care, eventually leading to the establishment of Premier Pet TLC.

Our team consists of experienced, dedicated, and certified professionals who are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, first aid, and pet CPR certified. With over 30 years of collective professional pet care experience, our team is committed to providing unparalleled care and attention to each and every pet.

We offer a diverse range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of your pet:
- Pet Sitting: Our pet sitters will visit your home to show your fur babies some love. Our visits are all-inclusive, with prices starting at $30 for 15 minutes.
- Dog Walking: Give your pups a workout with our dog walking services, varying in duration from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. We offer in-home 9-hour overnight sits in your home, based on availability.
- Pet Taxi: We transport your pets to their vet appointments, daycare, or boarding facility.
- Wedding Pet Attendant: Let us involve your furry family in your special day!
- Cat Behavior Modification: Create a positive atmosphere for your feline friend to thrive.
