Our Story

At Passion fur Pets, we are a small family business with over 60 years combined experience in professional pet grooming and wellness services. Our story began when Susanne, a Certified Companion Animal Hygienist and International Certified Master Groomer, owned a popular pet grooming salon in Upland, California for 21 years. After leaving her successful business, Susanne and her husband Jim, an animal lover and skilled groomer in his own right, teamed up to create a mobile pet grooming salon that would bring their expertise and passion for pet care directly to clients' doorsteps.

Our Team

SUSANNE is a Certified Companion Animal Hygienist and multiple award-winning International Certified Master Groomer through International Professional Groomers, Inc. With over 40 years of experience, she has a deep understanding of pet behavior and psychology, enabling her to provide personalized care for each pet that comes into her care. Susanne is also a member of the National Dog Groomer's Association of America and has shown her Champion Bedlington Terrier, Kylie, in American Kennel Club confirmation shows.

JIM joined Susanne in the grooming world after meeting her in 1994. With over 25 years of experience, he has learned from Susanne and has become a skilled groomer in his own right. Jim's clients adore him for his punctuality, friendly attitude, and inventive styling. His favorite hairstyle? The "Golden Special, " a signature cut that never fails to impress.
