Our story began in 2008 when our founder, Ray, decided to leave his career as a machinist and tool and die maker to pursue his true passion for animals and the outdoors. Growing up in rural Illinois, Ray was surrounded by dogs and farm animals, and he knew that working with pets was the perfect way to combine his love for nature and his desire to make a difference in people's lives.
After spending time walking and sitting dogs and cats for friends and as a part-time job, Ray took the leap and started his own business. The response was overwhelming, and he quickly built a loyal client base of pet owners who appreciated his dedication to providing exceptional care and attention to their furry friends. Fast forward to 2019, and Ray and his wife decided to relocate to Dallas, Texas, to be closer to family and like-minded individuals. With his trusty sidekicks, Sprinkles the Jack Russell and Henry the Hound, Ray is committed to providing the same level of excellence to pet owners in Dallas.
Our Services
At Dog Walk Dallas, we understand that every pet is unique and deserves personalized attention. That's why we offer a range of services designed to cater to your pet's specific needs. Our dog walking services include 30-minute and 45-minute walks for one and two dog households, with discounts available for additional dogs. We also offer in-home pet care, where our experienced sitters will stay with your pets overnight, providing feeding, walks, and playtime. For cat owners, we offer check-in visits that include feeding, litterbox cleaning, plant watering, and plenty of playtime.
