Colleen Berkery, the current owner and operator of Howls & Meows, joined the team long before taking the helm. For many years, she worked alongside Betsy, absorbing her wisdom and extensive experience. This intimate immersion allowed Colleen to not only master the intricacies of pet care but also to forge lasting connections with Betsy's loyal clients, many of whom have been with Howls & Meows for over two decades.
