Questions
What vaccinations are required for my pet’s stay?
Dogs need Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. Cats require FVRCP and Rabies. Vaccinations should be updated two weeks prior to arrival.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun 11am-4pm. Check-out is by 12pm daily, with late pickup available for an additional fee.
Can I bring my pet’s food and toys?
Yes, we recommend bringing your pet’s regular food in individual portions. Two safe toys per pet are allowed, but avoid items that may pose choking hazards.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, reservations are required for grooming. Services include baths, haircuts, nail trims, and specialized treatments like FURminator sessions.
Are group play activities available?
Dogs over 7 months must pass a group play evaluation. Supervised playgroups are organized by size and temperament to ensure safety and socialization.
What is your cancellation policy?
A one-week notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, a fee applies. Reservations with deposits are non-refundable if canceled within the notice period.
