Our Story

Winter Animal Hospital was established in 2000 by Dr. Greg Winter, a Tallahassee native who grew up with a love for farming and ranching. Dr. Winter's passion for veterinary medicine led him to pursue his dream of opening his own animal hospital. With the help of his childhood friend and vet tech, Lee Booth, they built a thriving community-oriented practice that has become a trusted name in the community.
