What vaccinations are required for boarding?
We require rabies, distemper, and parvovirus (DAPP/DHPP) vaccinations plus annual fecal testing. Bordetella vaccination is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
What's the difference between boarding packages?
Standard boarding suits social dogs needing basic supervision. Shadow boarding provides on-leash socialization support. Extra care offers specialized attention for medical or behavioral needs.
How often do dogs get potty breaks?
Dogs receive potty breaks every two hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, with additional opportunities during socialization periods.
Can I bring my dog's own food?
Yes, bring food in hard-sided containers. We provide house food (Nature's Domain) at $5/meal if needed. Raw/fresh food storage available.
What are the drop-off/pickup times?
Mon-Fri: 8:00-10:00 AM & 4:00-7:00 PM. Sat-Sun: 4:00-6:00 PM only. VIP appointments allow extended weekday hours.
How are dogs socialized during boarding?
Two daily 3-hour social periods with breaks. Off-leash dogs stay longer while shadow dogs receive structured on-leash interactions twice daily with progressive independence opportunities.
