My name is Charlotte, and for over 30 years, I've been dedicated to helping dog owners in the Kansas City area build strong, loving relationships with their canine companions through professional dog training. My approach is rooted in my upbringing on a farm, where I learned that animals, while beloved, need clear boundaries and consistent training to thrive. This "old-school" philosophy forms the foundation of my classes, blending discipline and rewarding positive behavior. I believe that every dog deserves to be a well-behaved member of the family, and I am committed to providing the tools and knowledge owners need to achieve that goal.

While my background as a math teacher for 25 years instilled in me a love of clear instruction and accountability, I also recognize the importance of building a strong bond with your dog.

Rewards, such as a pat on the back, a scratch behind the ears, or a smile of approval, are essential components of my methods. Corrections are handled promptly and appropriately, without anger or yelling, ensuring that dogs understand the desired behavior.
