Our journey began with founder Lori Marcin, who started her grooming career in North Florida in 1990, driven by her passion for creating a safe and gentle environment for furry friends. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, Lori relocated to Boulder in 2000 and eventually to Evergreen in 2012, where we continue to serve the community with unwavering dedication.

Please note that our salon operates by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. Our hours of operation are:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - until we're done
