Questions
What vaccination records are required for pet grooming?
We require proof of Rabies, Bordatella, and DHPP vaccinations for dogs, and Rabies vaccination for cats.
Do you groom matted pets?
We avoid extensive dematting due to potential pain and stress. Severely matted pets may be shaved to a 'fresh-start' length for comfort.
Can I sedate my pet before grooming?
We strongly prefer not to work on drugged animals. Discuss any sedation concerns with us prior to your appointment.
What services are included in full-service grooming?
Our full-service grooming includes bathing, nail trim, pad shave, sanitary trim, and ear cleaning. Additional services available upon request.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
Please plan for average scheduling times of four to six weeks due to our limited availability for new clients.
Do you offer cat grooming services?
We currently cannot accept new cat clients for grooming. Our services are primarily focused on dogs at this time.
