Policies
To ensure a seamless experience, I've established clear policies for reservations, payments, and cancellations.
- Initial consultations: A complimentary meet-and-greet allows us to discuss your pet's needs and create a personalized plan.
- Reservations: Book your pet-sitting or dog-walking services by contacting me through the website.
- Payments: Pay in full at the start of the first service. Accepted payment methods include checks, PayPal, and cash.
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Holiday cancellations require 4 weeks' notice.
