Welcome to Debbie's Doghouse & Pet Palace, the premier kennel and boarding facility in Niagara Falls, NY. We have been serving the Western New York community for over 40 years, providing top-notch accommodations for dogs and cats. Our mission is to provide a home away from home for your pets while you are away on vacation.

Our Story

The Richbarts, the owners of Debbie's Doghouse & Pet Palace, are true dog fanatics. Debbie and Earl have always had a deep love for animals, and this love has been reflected in their work and personal lives. They have worked with several animal rescues, and even had four dogs in their wedding party! Their dogs have been featured on TV news casts and newspapers all over the country.

Our Facility

At Debbie's Doghouse & Pet Palace, we strive to create a home away from home for your pets. We offer three types of accommodations for your dog or cat, all of which are air-conditioned and heated. Our guests receive individual playtimes (off leash) in our grassy, fenced in yards each morning, afternoon, and night. All areas are equipped with TVs, stereo music, snacks, beds & blankets for our guests.

Accommodations

1. Penthouses: Our most luxurious experience, the Penthouse is a private room with luxury bedding, TV, French doors and an outdoor run. Individualized playtime 3 times per day in fenced-in all grass yard, fancy beds, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and heat, and doggie treats.

2. The Condos: The Condos simulate the home environment and offer our guests the following: Television, central air & heat, beds, ceiling fans & French doors, individualized playtime 3-times per day in fenced-in all grass yard, and doggie treats.

3. Junior Suites: The Jr Suites are for our more active dogs and include the following accommodations: indoor & outdoor runs, individualized playtime 3 times per day in fenced-in all grass yard, stereo music, air conditioning & heated, doggie snacks, blankets, bedding, & TLC.

4. Cat Condos: Your cat will enjoy the following: Fancy rooms, ceiling fans, jungle gym!, central air & heat, extra large room for multiple cats from the same family.

Additional Services

• Grooming: We offer full-service grooming, just give us a call!
• Food: We care about the health of your pet so we use only holistic pet food and treats but feel free to bring your own!

Customer Hours

• Monday- Thursday: 8:30am-10am, 2-4pm, & 8:30pm-9pm by appointment.
• Friday: 8:30-10 am, 1pm-4pm & 8:30pm-9pm by Appointment
• Saturday: 8:30a m-1pm and 8:30pm-9 pm by appointment
• Sundays: 2:30pm-3pm & 8:30pm-9 pm by appointment
