Red River Obedience Training

Welcome to Red River Obedience Training Club (RROTC), a non-profit 501(c)4 organization dedicated to promoting obedience training for dogs of all breeds. Founded in 1959, our mission is to encourage obedience training and provide a platform for dog owners to develop a deeper understanding of their companions. Our team of dedicated volunteers is committed to helping you train your dog, and in turn, strengthening the bond between you and your furry friend.

Our Services

At RROTC, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of each dog and owner. Our classes are structured to promote socialization, obedience, and manners, ensuring a well-behaved and well-adjusted companion. Our expert instructors will guide you through the training process, providing personalized attention and support to ensure your success.

Class Offerings

We offer a variety of classes to suit the needs of our students, including:

• Puppy Kindergarten: A 4-week course designed for puppies 3-6 months old, focusing on socialization, basic obedience, and housebreaking.
• AKC Star Puppy: A 6-week course tailored for puppies 3-12 months old, teaching communication, socialization, and practical skills.
• Basic Obedience Class Series: A 4-week course for dogs 6 months and older, focusing on basic skills for good house manners.
• Beginner I and II Classes: 6-week and 4-week courses, respectively, for dogs 6 months and older, covering fundamental obedience training and more advanced techniques.

Registration Process

To register for a class, please follow these steps:

1. Choose the class most suitable for you and your dog.

2. Click on the "Register Here" link for the chosen class.

3. Complete the registration form, upload required shot records, and pay the non-refundable deposit via PayPal or contact us to make arrangements.

4. Attend Orientation 30 minutes prior to the first class.

Requirements

To ensure a safe and enjoyable training environment, we require:

• Vaccination records (core vaccines and rabies certificate)
• Puppies must have received at least two rounds of puppy shots
• Puppies over 4 months must have a rabies certificate

Payment and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot in a class. Payment methods include PayPal, check, or cash.
