We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash payments. Checks are no longer accepted as a payment method.
What are your operating hours?
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM for drop-offs and pickups.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Distemper/DHLPV, Rabies, and Bordetella. Cats require Feline Distemper and Rabies. Records must be current and provided before boarding.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Yes, we recommend bringing your pet's regular food. We provide feeding instructions and can supply house food if needed.
How far in advance should I book boarding?
Reservations are recommended as soon as possible, especially during summer and holidays, to ensure availability in our popular facility.
