Business Details
We are True Tails, owned and operated by Rhonda Feldsher, a certified veterinary technician with professional experience dating back to 1985. Our founders lifelong passion for animal care began in early childhood, fostering a deep, intuitive understanding of animal behavior and individual needs. We have formal veterinary technician training, including hands-on experience assisting in veterinary surgeries across multiple animal health practices. Our team has specialized expertise caring for a wide range of animals, from common household pets to exotic species including big cats. We founded and operated Wildcat Ranch, a nonprofit organization focused on Florida Panther behavior research, where we hand-raised and studied cougars and bobcats in captivity. We hold a state permit for working with exotic wild cats, with documented research on captive big cat behavior published as part of our nonprofit work.
