Rich brings over 20 years of experience in professional dog care and training to Premier Dog Services. His passion for animals stems from his own lifelong love of dogs and a desire to provide the best possible care for them. Inspired by his own experiences seeking reliable and trustworthy pet care, he founded Premier Dog Services with the goal of setting the standard for exceptional in-home pet sitting. Rich is dedicated to ensure the well-being of each pet entrusted to his care, understanding the importance of a familiar and loving environment.

Alyssa Mapes

Alyssa's love for dogs knows no bounds. From her early career as a dog groomer to her involvement in dog rescue, she has dedicated her life to caring for and nurturing these wonderful companions. Having fostered countless dogs in her own home, Alyssa possesses a deep understanding of their individual needs and personalities. Like Rich, she treats every pet with the same love and attention as her own, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for each furry client.
