From the moment your pet arrives, our experienced and dedicated staff members will make sure they feel safe, loved, and entertained. For our canine guests, we start potty trips between 7 and 7:30 a.m. and continue at three-hour intervals throughout the day, ensuring their comfort and eliminating any accidents. We understand that every dog has different needs, and we're happy to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Our feline friends enjoy their own designated space in our spacious Catio, where they can bask in the sun, explore their surroundings, and play to their heart's content. We meticulously clean their litter boxes regularly, ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment.

Dietary needs are paramount to us. We feed your pet exactly what you provide, adhering to your specific instructions and ensuring they receive a comfortable dining experience. To help your pet feel more at ease in their temporary home, they are welcome to bring their own familiar toys: two or three favorites will be more than enough to keep them entertained and happy. We also encourage you to send a t-shirt, pillowcase, or small towel with familiar scents from home.

Medication Administration and 24/7 Care

We are fully equipped to administer medications in various forms, including oral, topical, and even injections (with a small fee for hypodermic needles). Your pet's health and safety are our top priorities, and we'll make sure they receive their medication promptly and correctly.
