Dutch Lane Kennel, a steadfast testament to family tradition, has been nurturing and caring for pets for over two decades. Established in 2000 by Ed and Julie Kelly, the kennel has grown from a humble endeavor to a thriving haven for animals. For forty years, Ed and Julie's home has been filled with the joyful chaos of five children and an ever-growing number of furry companions, fostering a deep-rooted love and understanding of animals that forms the bedrock of Dutch Lane Kennel's philosophy.

In 2016, Micah Wilpula, the couple's daughter, took the reins, infusing the family business with fresh energy and a commitment to modern pet care practices. Transitioning from a career in forensic science, Micah embraced the opportunity to be closer to her family and dedicate herself to the well-being of animals. Micah's vision led to the construction and opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in 2022, nestled on the sprawling 200-acre family farm at 373 Holmes Rd.

The spacious facility, equipped with indoor/outdoor runs, private indoor suites, and expansive fenced-in yards, provides a stimulating and comfortable environment for all guests. Dutch Lane Kennel is more than just a place to board or play; it's an extension of the Kelly family home, where every pet is treated with love, respect, and individual attention.
