Our journey began with Pet Rush, a boutique pet shop that catered to the pet-owning community in Glendale. Our founder, Rene, spent over 25 years building and expanding his pet grooming and boarding facilities in Burbank and Glendale.

Our Story

Rene's passion for the pet industry began with his first job as a dog groomer for celebrities and neighbors in Glendale's prestigious Northwest District. His first pet store, Pet Rush, was recognized for setting the standard for animal welfare and protecting animal rights. As the pet-owning community continued to grow, so did Rene's business. He opened Glendale Pet Resort, a doggy day care and boarding facility, and later Pet Rush Inn Burbank, which offered overnight boarding, day care, training, and grooming. His facility, Pet Rush Inn, was recognized as Burbank's Best two years in a row, with 5/5 star reviews on Yelp.

Our facility is designed to house multiple pets, complete with sleeping quarters, regular feedings, and plenty of activity and socialization time in our courtyard. We offer live cam feeds, allowing you to check in on your pet whenever you like.
