Our Story: A Founding Vision

Pooper Trooper was born out of a entrepreneurial spirit and a need for extra income. Our founder, Bill Walters, created the company in 1989 while he was in college. Despite initial skepticism, Bill was able to build a small customer base, laying the foundation for what would become the premier pooper scooper service in the Puget Sound area.

A Passion for Poop

As Bill's career took off in the music industry, he continued to nurture Pooper Trooper on the side. With the support of his wife, Nicki, they grew the business slowly but surely. Nicki quit her job at Macy's to join Pooper Trooper full-time, and together they dedicated themselves to providing exceptional customer service and giving back to their community.

A Mission to Excel

Today, Pooper Trooper is proud to have served the Seattle area and King and Snohomish Counties for over three decades. With a team of dedicated professionals, we provide a range of services, including weekly, one-time cleanups, and maintenance for HOA communities, apartments, and commercial properties.
