Pick-up & Drop-off

What are your boarding requirements?
All pets must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs need Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies; cats require FVRCP-FeLv and Rabies. Pets must wait seven days after vaccinations before boarding.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, we provide all-breed grooming with breed-specific styling options. Services include bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and mat removal treatments using specialized equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. New customers must pay with cash, money orders, or bank checks. Returned checks incur a $40 fee.
Are emergency services available?
We contact owners immediately for abnormal pet behavior and coordinate emergency veterinary care when necessary. After-hours medication administration costs $35 per application.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 9AM-4PM, Wednesday 9AM-12PM. Tours available 12:30PM-3:30PM on most days. Closed Sundays.
Do you provide transportation services?
Yes, we offer pickup and drop-off service at $1 per mile round trip. Please contact us in advance to arrange transportation for your pet's boarding or grooming appointment.
