The service from Pet Memorial Australia was exceptional. Everything was handled with genuine care and compassion, and the memorial for Barge was exactly as I hoped. Nathan and the team made a very difficult time a little easier with their kindness and professionalism.I deeply appreciate their support and thoughtfulness — thank you to everyone involved. I chose not to use the counselling service offered, but it was a very considerate gesture.

Pet memorial/ Buddy RIP are the most beautiful and understanding people I’ve ever come across. I booked with them at 4am when my sweet girl passed, they had picked her up at 10am the same day. The driver Ardi was amazing, offering his condolences. The whole company was understanding and dropped coco off in the most beautiful way. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

If I could, I would give Pet memorial Australia 6 out of 5 stars. Every interaction was meet with genuine compassion and warmth. Every hurdle (all which had nothing to do with Pet memorial Australia) they tackled with determination and even when our pet was delivered, they were so understanding and thoughtful.
A big thank you to Nathan and the team, and to Steph who delivered out pet to us, they went above and beyond with no hesitation.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing their services, I can't recommend them highly enough as the right choice and I know they will handle your unique situation and needs with a deep level of understanding and support.

Thank you to Pet Memorial Australia & Buddy for taking great care of my cat Noodle. The process was super fast and simple. Pet Memorial wasn't my first choice initially but I tried them as the other company I contacted didn't get back to me. I'm glad I went with Pet Memorial & Buddy. Their online booking system was easy to use and had all the costs upfront. I'm suprised at how fast everything was: I made a booking on a Thursday morning the day after my cat died, 1 1/2 hours later he was picked up by Ardi the driver (Big thanks to Ardi who was very respectful & kind), the next day I received a text to say my cat's cremation had been done and his ashes would be brought back on Monday. Steph delivered Noodle's ashes back in a nice package with a card and his cremation certificate. Steph was also very respectful & caring. Thanks again to Pet Memorial Australia, Buddy, Ardi & Steph for providing an efficient and respectful service. I highly recommend!

These guys were second on our call list, but should have been the first. They were great, talking us through the process and what to consider. Gave us plenty of confidence to make an informed decision without the sales pressure and so we got them to ship us an urn that day. Amazing service!
