Do you require vaccination proof for grooming?
We don't require vaccination proof but strongly recommend bordetella vaccination for dogs to prevent kennel cough transmission.
How often should pets be groomed?
Most pets need grooming every 6-8 weeks. Frequency varies based on coat type, with mat-prone animals requiring more frequent visits.
Can you administer pet tranquilizers?
We cannot give tranquilizers but can work with pets prescribed by veterinarians. Medication must be administered 1-1.5 hours prior to appointments.
What services include nail care?
All grooming packages include nail trimming. We also offer standalone nail trims for $10, with additional fees for difficult handling cases.
What are your operating hours?
We operate by appointment Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday. Summer appointments start at 7am, other seasons at 9am, with flexible closing times.
