Our Story
Our journey began in 1984, and since then, we've had the pleasure of serving the community from seven different locations. Today, you can find us at 708 Muirs Chapel Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410. We're proud of our commitment to providing exceptional service, and our reputation speaks for itself. Our hours of operation are from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays. We also offer convenient drop-off services from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Saturdays.

Poor Customer Service
Some reviewers experienced poor customer service from the owner or staff. Christopher Speaks gave a 2-star review, stating that the owner was unwelcoming and made unnecessary grouchy comments. Kathy Peterson rated the business 1 star, complaining that the owner's husband was unprofessional and used inappropriate language in a public setting. Big Lou gave a 1-star review, saying that the staff was nice but unprofessional, and he had to help finish cutting his cat's hair.
Unsatisfactory Grooming

Author Paul Stennett gave a 3-star review, saying that the groomer did a great job on their rottweiler but was unable to complete the cut on their maltipoo. Shea Xiong gave a 2-star review, saying that the groomer did not cut her dog's nails correctly, leaving them still long after the service.

Marilyn Turner gave a 5-star review, stating that her puppies looked great and their hair had never been softer. Stewart Messick gave a 5-star review, saying that the groomer has done a great job for his golden retriever for about 5 years now. Like Stewart, Vickie has groomed his golden retriever, and he highly recommends her.
