Animal Hospital The Of Carrboro

The Animal Hospital of Carrboro is a companion animal veterinary hospital located in Carrboro, North Carolina. We have been serving the greater Chapel Hill/Carrboro community since 1974 and are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association since 1990. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of veterinary care to our patients using the most current technologies and techniques. We strive to create an environment that promotes open communication and treats our patients and their families in a caring and professional manner.

Our Staff

Our team includes experienced veterinarians who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Dr. DeWana Anderson has been with us since 2003 and is our practice owner since 2009. She specializes in geriatric cats and runs our radiation treatment center for hyperthyroid cats. We also have relief veterinarians, Dr. Kim LoGuidice and Dr. Haley S. Pratt, who join us to ensure we have the best coverage for our patients. Our administrative team, including Jennifer Macy as our Head Receptionist, work tirelessly to ensure a smooth operation.

Services

We offer a full range of services for your cat or dog, including boarding facilities for both cats and dogs in comfortable, climate-controlled facilities. We also have a pharmacy where you can order food, refill prescriptions, and purchase other pet supplies. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to provide a higher standard of care for your pets.
