What's your cat outdoor access policy?
We require cats to remain indoors during visits to ensure safety and proper monitoring. Clients must sign a liability waiver if allowing outdoor access.
How do you handle unfenced yards?
We supervise all outdoor activity on-leash unless specifically approved for elderly or puppy animals. Structured walks and training lead playtime ensure pet safety.
What are cancellation policies?
Vacation care cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit 25% deposit. Full charges apply for 24-hour notice. Weather-related cancellations receive no refunds.
