Questions
What are your holiday hours?
We're closed Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Year's Day. Daycare unavailable Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving Eve. Lobby closes at noon on holiday eves.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes! Tours available Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm. Please leave your pet at home for initial visits to ensure safe facility exploration without distractions.
What vaccination requirements do you have?
Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, and Bivalent Canine Influenza. Cats require Rabies and Feline Distemper. Vaccines must be administered 2 weeks prior to stay.
Do you offer medication administration?
Yes, we administer oral and injectable medications for an additional fee. Please notify us at booking if your pet requires medication during their stay.
What items can my pet bring?
We provide all necessary bedding and toys. For safety and sanitation, we don't allow personal items including collars, toys, or bedding from home during stays.
Do you accept unneutered pets?
We accept unneutered males with careful group selection. Unaltered females must not be in season. There's a $75 daily charge if a female comes into season during boarding.
