Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel

Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel LLC is a unique business that offers a variety of dog sledding adventures and summer rafting excursions. Established in 2006, the kennel has grown to become home to nearly 80 sled dogs, some of which are rescue and second chance dogs. The business operates under two personas: Muddy Paw, which focuses on dog sledding adventures during the winter and snowless seasons, and Raft NH, which offers rafting adventures during the summer.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide educational and hands-on dog sledding experiences while generating revenue to support the high level of care for our sled dogs. We strive to educate the public about northern breed dogs and preserve New Hampshire's rich dog sledding history. Additionally, we are dedicated to finding forever homes for sled dogs in need through our non-profit entity, the NH Sled Dog Rescue, History and Education Center.

Services Offered

During the winter season, we offer dog sledding tours ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours, including a Mini Mush Musher For A Minute option for younger children. In the snowless seasons, we use rolling dog sleds for our tours. Our summer rafting adventures range from mild Class II to wild Class IV, providing something for every level of adventurer. We also offer special packages and gift cards for those looking to give an unforgettable experience.
