Services
S.T.A.R. Puppy Class
This foundational course develops essential socialization skills for puppies aged 12 weeks to 1 year. Our program focuses on building confidence through controlled exposure to new environments while teaching basic commands like sit, down, and loose-leash walking. Participants learn responsible ownership practices including vaccination requirements and proper exercise routines.
Basic Obedience
Designed to prepare dogs for the Canine Good Citizen certification, this class teaches practical skills for everyday situations. Dogs learn to maintain composure around distractions, follow basic commands reliably, and demonstrate appropriate behavior during veterinary exams or grooming sessions through positive reinforcement techniques.
Rally Classes
AKC Rally training develops teamwork through sequential obedience exercises performed on and off-leash. Participants navigate course stations that challenge their ability to maintain focus and execute precise movements while building confidence in competitive environments.
Scent Work
Based on professional detection dog techniques, this class teaches dogs to identify and alert handlers to specific scents. Training progresses from basic odor recognition to complex searches involving multiple distractors and environmental challenges.
Competition Preparation
Advanced programs prepare handler-dog teams for AKC titles in Obedience, Rally, and Scent Work. Training emphasizes precision, reliability, and performance consistency under trial conditions with progressive difficulty across multiple skill levels.
