Business Details
We opened Pampered Pet Grooming on July 1, 2010 as a small part-time shop with Joy as our sole groomer. In our earliest days, Joys mother would visit the shop to keep her company and interact with the dogs we cared for. Many of our earliest clients returned to find their pets being gently rocked in a chair by Joys mom, a small detail that built our reputation for warm, personalized care. After one year of operation, we transitioned to full-time hours to better serve our growing client base. Today, our team includes three full-time groomers and one dedicated bather to meet the needs of every pet we serve. We maintain a strictly clean, sanitary facility designed to keep your pet comfortable and safe throughout their appointment. Every member of our staff shares a deep love for animals of all breeds and sizes, and we treat every pet in our care as if they were our own. We never stockpile pets to rush through appointments at the end of the day, and most pets are finished and ready for pickup within 1 to 1.5 hours.
Our groomers handle each pet individually from start to finish to ensure consistent, high-quality results for every client. We proudly groom all dog breeds without discrimination, and we work with each client to deliver the exact style they want for their pet. Our founder and lead groomer Joy has 10 years of professional grooming experience, and she started her career working as a bather before advancing to a full-time groomer role. We are committed to providing top-quality grooming services at reasonable prices, and we also support clients with guidance for any additional pet care concerns they may have.
